quantity bread making.

Wheat flour added with Folic Acid, Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) and Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate), Vitamin B1, B2 and B3, Dough Conditioners and Enzymes. This product contains gluten.
Superfine flour wheat, Fortaleza is made with selected wheat, ideal for artisan and large
quantity bread making.
INGREDIENTS:
